Delegate Graves moved to amend the bill by striking out the title and substituting therefor a new title, to read as follows:

Eng. House Bill No. 4600 – “A Bill amend and reenact §8-22-26 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to the use of beneficiaries of a death benefit from a municipal policemen’s or firemen’s pension and relief fund in the calculation of the distribution of premium tax proceeds.”
